Hi, I'm Issac Mertens. I am the owner of Castle Rock Pest Control. I have a passion for wildlife and helping others, and I specialize in keeping pests out of your home. Over the years, I've had the privilege of working with countless clients to find affordable solutions to their pest control needs.

When I am not working, you can find me spending time with my family and watching football on the weekends. I am always eager to help in anyway I can!

Hi, I'm Maddie Flick. I am the office administrator for Castle Rock Pest Control. I am your first point of contact for the company, I have a dedication for customer service and helping out clients to find the best solutions. I am a huge people person and I am looking forward to helping you with your pest problems!​

When I am not working alongside my amazing coworkers, I spend plenty of time watching football (Go Birds) and being with my family. You can also catch me on the volleyball court , either playing or coaching!

I originally signed up for an annual service with Fidum who is now owned by Castle Rock Pest Control. They've helped me combat flies, spiders, wasps/yellow-jackets, and mice. The house I purchased was a long time rental that didn't get the attention it needed. Thanks to Castle Rock, they've completely eradicated all pests swiftly and promptly. Communication is always on point. They're very knowledgeable and use treatments that are safe for pets. I regularly saw/see Colby for wasp/yellow-jacket control and Mick for bugs/mice/yellow-jackets. They're both very nice and a pleasure to be around. I will be keeping my annual service as it takes the worry of scheduling out of mind. Plus, if there's an irregularity, they'll come out and solve it. Highly recommend Castle Rock and if you're a dog owner, they'll love Mick!
